Contract Object

1.1 These general sales conditions govern the contractual relations between AREA 88, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," within the scope of the service provision described in the accepted quote.

 

Quote and Contractual Validity

2.1 The quote issued by the Service Provider details the essential elements of the provision, including the cost, payment conditions, deadlines, and any other relevant aspects for the service provision.

2.2 Validation of the quote by the Client constitutes a contractual agreement.

 

Payment Conditions

​

3.1 Payment terms are specified in the quote and may include advances, installments, or other agreements.

​

3.2 Any delay in payment may result in fees and interest according to the laws in force in the Client's country.

​

Service Deadlines

​

4.1 Service deadlines are mutually agreed upon and specified in the quote.

​

4.2 The Service Provider undertakes to respect these deadlines as much as possible. Any delay will be notified to the Client with the underlying reasons.

Confirmation of Form Receipt

​

5.1 The Client is informed that the validity of the service deadline begins with the receipt of a confirmation email confirming the correct receipt of the official form (and partial or total payment if requested).

Confidentiality

​

6.1 All information exchanged between the parties within the scope of the service provision is considered confidential, and the Service Provider undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties without the written consent of the Client.

Responsibilities of the Parties

7.1 The specific responsibilities of the Service Provider and the Client are detailed in the quote.

​

Changes to the Contract

​

8.1 Any change to the initial contract must be formalized by a written addendum signed or accepted via email by both parties.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

​

9.1 This contract is governed by the law applicable to the headquarters of the Service Provider.

​

9.2 Any dispute related to the interpretation or execution of this contract falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the location of the Service Provider's headquarters.
